Campeão da Capcom Cup ganhará 120 mil dólares
Citação:Capcom is aiming to bring fans more Street Fighter content. This time around, the tournaments on the tour are being distributed more evenly across different regions, and prize pools are being increased across all events.
Last year, the Capcom Cup pitted 16 of the world's best players against one another in a battle of the ages. This year, however, Capcom Cup 2015 will be a 32-player tournament. In order to pull this off, there will be 16 Premier events and the top 15 players on the points leaderboard will secure a spot in the end-of-the-year tournament. The last Capcom Cup 2015 spot has already been given to last year's champion, EG|Momochi.
Below you will find a list of the Premier events on the tour this year, in chronological order.

Additionally, Capcom has revealed the standard ruleset for Pro Tour 2015 events. All tournament will run 2/3 sets until the top 8, which will be 3/5.
But the most drastic improvement to this year's tour comes in the form of the prize payout. While every event has seen a significant increase, the most jaw-dropping of them all is, of course, the last stop on the CPT -- the Capcom Cup.
The 1st place winner will receive $120,00, and the rest of the top 8 will get a nice chunk of change as well. Check out the breakdown below.
Capcom Cup Prize Pool: Total $250,000 split between top 8:
1st Place: $120,000
2nd Place: $60,000
3rd Place: $25,000
4th Place: $15,000
5th~6th Place: $10,000 (each)
7th~8th Place: $5,000 (each)
That's not to say the rest of the numbers aren't impressive, as each of the 16 Premier events will have a $15,000 prize pot and EVO will see a $50,000 pot bonus.
